HRM Gruppen in short

HRM Gruppen is a network of senior HR-consultants who have been working together since 2015. Our paths kept crossing even earlier whilst working as consultants on different projects so we decided that it was time to team up. Head of the network are Barbro Grahn Hökby and Maria Engdahl. During our past careers we have both been working for various companies as employees or consultants and in different roles within the HR sphere. We have a very high level of experience across many different areas covering both Swedish and international businesses. We are very professional and have a high level of engagement and we always strive to make a big difference for our clients. We love our jobs and we are curious and innovative in our approach. Our goal is to be highly productive and efficient. Due to our flexible organisation and large network we always have the capacity to scale up on specific projects.
